Our Passion is our People
At Modern Mods we only educate and develop within the company. Our Jr. Piercers have been with the company for a minimum of 2 years working in various departments, most importantly doing Jewelry exchanges for 1 year or more. Our education and development of team members is curated by the owner with over 15 years of experience of managing body art teams and developing team members within the industry.
The piercings performed by Junior Piercers are carefully taught by the owner and lead piercers with extensive training prior to being cleared to perform each piercing. Junior Piercers will be scheduled alongside a Lead Piercer on at all times .
We are extremely confident in our team, our approach to education and development, our techniques and our knowledge. All of these aspects allow us to provide the absolute best experience possible to all of our clientele.
